Description

You will lead the development of internal-facing data products and analytics capabilities by translating enterprise stakeholder needs into technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Articulate the vision, roadmap, and technical requirements for data processes, tools, and analytics capabilities.
• Define requirements for data processing and storage to support reporting, data science exploration, and model development.
• Scope and prioritize roadmap activities based on business impact to drive product enhancements.
• Set and track success metrics to improve data accessibility and enterprise value for internal consumers.
• Oversee the integration of data governance, risk, and security controls to protect system integrity.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in product management, data management, or consulting.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience working directly with data engineers, data scientists, and analysts.
• Proficiency in writing and tuning SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau and Mixpanel.
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies and Scrum teams using Jira.
• Strong technical ability to design and explain complex data strategies to both business and technical audiences.
• Proven stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or related discipline.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in a STEM field.
• Experience managing products through their entire lifecycle, including new product launches.
• Experience with terabyte-sized datasets and moving from on-prem to cloud environments.
