Description

You will provide L1, L2, and L3 support for healthcare data operations and production pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support healthcare operations and Synapse jobs.
• Manage and maintain ETL pipelines and data workflows.
• Resolve issues related to cloud services and infrastructure provisioning.
• Perform deep data analysis to resolve client queries independently.
• Coordinate between technical teams and customers to address queries and requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data production support or similar roles.
• Expertise in Python scripting, specifically using pandas and numpy.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, T-SQL, and SQL Server.
• Strong experience with VBA, Macros, and Excel.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks and Airflow.
• Proficiency in managing ETL pipelines.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and Git.
• Solid understanding of data pipelines and the data science lifecycle.
• Ability to manage and troubleshoot cloud service infrastructure.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MLOps, model development, and ML engineering.
• Foundational knowledge of Azure Synapse and Azure DevOps basics.
