Description

Manage and monitor healthcare data operations and production pipelines. Provide L1, L2, and L3 support for data infrastructure and resolve cloud service issues.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Synapse jobs and troubleshoot cloud service infrastructure provisioning.
• Manage ETL pipelines and execute data analysis tasks to meet client requirements.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to address technical queries.
• Support the data science lifecycle and MLOps workflows.
• Provide comprehensive L1, L2, and L3 support for data pipelines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data production support or data engineering.
• Expertise in Python scripting, specifically using Pandas and NumPy.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, T-SQL, and SQL Server.
• Deep experience with Databricks, Airflow, and ETL pipelines.
• Expert-level skills in Excel, VBA, and Macros.
• Strong background in data analysis and data analyst workflows.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and Git.

Preferred Skills

• ML Engineering experience and understanding of model development.
• Foundational knowledge of Azure Synapse.
