Description

We are looking for a highly experienced ETL / Data QA Engineer who specializes in validating data pipelines, ETL processes, and data quality. This is a Quality Assurance role focused on testing and validation—not a Data Engineering or ETL Development position.

Required Experience:

5+ years of dedicated ETL/Data Testing experience

Strong hands-on experience with SQL and database validation

Extensive experience in ETL/ELT testing and data reconciliation

Strong understanding of Data Warehousing concepts and dimensional models

Experience validating source-to-target mappings

Experience testing Stored Procedures, Triggers, Functions, and Batch Processes

Expertise in Incremental Load, Delta Load, and Data Migration Testing

Experience identifying data quality issues and performing root-cause analysis

Hands-on experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MySQL

Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams in English

Key Responsibilities:

Validate ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines

Perform source-to-target data validation and reconciliation

Verify data transformations, business rules, and data integrity

Test database objects including stored procedures and triggers

Validate incremental and delta data loads

Investigate and document data quality issues

Work closely with developers, analysts, and business users to ensure data accuracy
