Responsibilities

• Research, design, and develop end-to-end solutions using predictive analytics, NLP, Machine Learning, and AI.
• Streamline ETL and data flow structures using automation and data science solutions engineering.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions by leveraging domain understanding of products and functions.
• Identify and apply appropriate analytical approaches to provide data-driven recommendations.
• Manage the full project lifecycle from problem structuring and solution design to final delivery and documentation.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in advanced analytics and data engineering.
• Strong expertise in Python and PySpark.
• Proficiency in Tableau and SAS/SQL.
• Direct exposure to Data Lakes, Azure, and Big Data platforms.
• Experience handling end-to-end analytical projects, including deep-dive research and outcome delivery.
• Ability to build hypotheses, perform analysis, and communicate actionable recommendations to business leaders.
• Consultative skills to rationalize business needs and solution designs.
• Engineering degree or Post-graduate degree in quantitative fields such as Maths, Stats, Economics, or Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting to management.
