Description

You will develop advanced NLP, Vision, and Data Science algorithms to enhance contact center solutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and develop advanced algorithms and models.
• Build and fine-tune deep learning and machine learning models, focusing on large language models.
• Communicate research findings, technical concepts, and model recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Analyze information and apply independent judgment to suggest and implement solutions.

Required Skills

• Advanced degree in a STEM field such as Computer Science, Math, or Engineering.
• 5+ years of industry experience working with deep learning models using real-life data.
• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Experience with Hugging Face models.
• Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar deep learning libraries.
• Experience using and fine-tuning large language models and traditional machine learning models.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing advanced machine learning algorithms.
• Strong research and presentation abilities.
• Fluency in English.

Preferred Skills

• Experience deploying models in production environments for scalability and performance.
• Experience working in AWS.
