Description

Lead advanced machine learning solutions and technical workstreams for business objectives. Own the full development lifecycle from data exploration to production deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead use cases and workstreams, providing technical leadership and mentoring to junior data scientists.
• Manage the full development lifecycle from initial data exploration and project design to final reporting and presentation.
• Perform data wrangling, fuzzy matching, and ETL processes to prepare modeling datasets and ensure data quality.
• Build and deploy predictive models in collaboration with Data Engineers and MLOps teams.
• Implement new statistical or mathematical methodologies to support specific model requirements.

Required Skills

• PhD with 2+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with 4+ years of experience in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Applied Mathematics.
• 3+ years of hands-on ML modeling and development experience.
• Proficiency in Python and strong programming skills.
• Deep understanding of algorithms, statistical modeling, and machine learning techniques.
• Experience with data wrangling, regular expressions, distributed computing, and parallelism in ML solutions.
• Demonstrated track record in experimental design and execution.
• Ability to perform data quality checks in both development and production environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with deep learning, neural networks, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Familiarity with big data technologies like Hadoop and Spark.
• Knowledge of AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
