You will lead the design and implementation of advanced AI, ML, and NLP solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build high-performance AI systems using advanced techniques.
• Create automation solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Research novel analytical enhancement methods for data processing.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and IT stakeholders on project requirements.
• Develop strategies for suspicious activity detection using machine learning.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of industry experience in AI, ML, or NLP solutions.
• Proficiency in Python or Java.
• Hands-on experience with relevant AI/ML/NLP software packages and libraries.
• Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and effective time management.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in regulatory compliance or financial crime detection domains.
• Background in deploying ML models into production environments.
