Description

Lead AI/ML and data engineering initiatives within an Azure cloud architecture, owning complex model development, cloud migrations, and automation workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build complex AI/ML and deep learning models using PySpark to solve business problems.
• Execute migrations of on-premise systems to the Azure cloud environment.
• Design and implement big data solutions using the Apache Spark and Hadoop ecosystems.
• Drive automation across data and machine learning workflows.
• Manage onsite and offshore model teams to deliver tasks within project deadlines.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience handling large-scale big data using AI/ML and deep learning.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud DW, including Azure Databricks and Azure Machine Learning.
• Proficiency in Python, PySpark, and SparkSQL.
• Extensive experience with Snowflake and Azure Data Factory.
• Experience with Hadoop ecosystems (HDFS, Hive, Impala, Oozie, Scala).
• Hands-on experience with Tableau development.
• Working knowledge of Unix environments and shell scripting (ksh, bash).

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Azure and Snowflake administration.
• DevOps experience.
• Proficiency in SQL with RDBMS or Oracle PL/SQL.
