Description

Lead the development of advanced machine learning techniques to enhance AI agent capabilities, focusing on NLP and LLM applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Research, develop, and validate machine learning models and algorithms for autonomous agent software.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML solutions into production systems.
• Analyze complex datasets to extract insights that drive data-based decision-making.
• Work with research teams to identify new applications for existing technologies.
• Implement state-of-the-art technologies by staying current with academic and industry research.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working on machine learning projects with a track record of deploying models.
• Strong proficiency in Python for data manipulation, analysis, and model development.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning, statistical analysis, and AI methodologies.
• Experience with frameworks including TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Proficiency in R, SAS, Gen AI, NLP, and LLM.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and database systems.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Java and its application in data processing.
