Description

You will design, build, and deploy production-grade autonomous AI agents and LLM integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement RAG architectures using vector databases.
• Build multi-agent workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGPT.
• Extend the Model Context Protocol (MCP) for secure, standardized data access.
• Implement AI guardrails, content filtering, and safety controls.
• Manage model lifecycle, governance, and evaluation metrics.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or advanced data science.
• Proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries including OpenAI, Hugging Face, and Azure AI.
• Strong experience with context engineering and LLM API integration.
• Proven track record of deploying production-grade autonomous agents.
• Deep knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGPT.
• Experience implementing and extending the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Understanding of data privacy, PII/PHI handling, and AI governance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience optimizing LLM cost, token usage, and performance.
• Familiarity with enterprise AI deployment patterns and scalability.
