You will lead data-driven strategy by analyzing complex internal and external datasets to evaluate and implement business solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Identify, compile, and process data using SQL and Access to predict and measure key business outcomes.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis, cleaning, and documentation of data requirements.
• Apply advanced statistical models and machine learning algorithms to drive business results.
• Manage project planning and provide analytic thought leadership across departments.
• Assess risk in business decisions to safeguard firm reputation and client interests.

Required Skills

• 13+ years of experience in Financial/Business Analysis or credit/risk analysis.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
• Expertise in Statistical Analysis and Machine Learning techniques.
• Experience with Data Visualization and Business Intelligence tools.
• Proven ability in Risk Analysis and Financial Analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in marketing, digital, AML, or risk fields.
• Deep understanding of financial service business models.
