Description

You will lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of end-to-end AI/ML solutions to solve real-world problems.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain machine learning models covering data exploration, feature extraction, training, validation, and scoring on structured and unstructured data.
• Design systems to mine and engineer massive datasets for use in machine learning pipelines.
• Apply statistical methods, simulation models, and programming to identify patterns, anomalies, and trends.
• Collaborate with business users and analysts to define requirements and present technical results clearly.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert in ML/AI and mentor team members in AI/ML techniques.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of overall experience, including 2+ years of hands-on work with AI/ML techniques.
• Proficiency in Python and R for end-to-end coding and statistical programming.
• Experience with neural networks, deep learning, regression, decision trees, random forest, classification, and clustering.
• Practical knowledge of NLP, NLG, and ARIMA algorithms.
• Experience with MS Azure Cognitive Service.
• Proven track record of delivering at least two end-to-end ML projects.
• Strong skills in algorithm development and database management systems.
• Master’s degree in Statistics/Mathematics OR a Bachelor’s/Master’s in Science, Engineering, or MCA.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Experience with tax applications.
