Description

You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI/ML solutions, from design and development to deployment, solving complex real-world problems.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain machine learning models for structured and unstructured data, covering exploration, feature extraction, training, and scoring.
• Design systems to mine and engineer massive datasets for integration into machine learning pipelines.
• Apply statistical methods, simulation models, and programming to identify patterns, anomalies, and trends.
• Collaborate with business users and analysts to define technical requirements and present results clearly.
• Mentor team members on AI/ML techniques and act as the Subject Matter Expert for the domain.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of overall experience, including 2+ years of hands-on work with AI/ML techniques.
• Proficiency in Python and R for end-to-end coding and statistical programming.
• Experience with neural networks, deep learning, regression, decision trees, random forest, classification, and clustering.
• Practical knowledge of NLP, NLG, and ARIMA algorithms.
• Experience with MS Azure Cognitive Service.
• Proven track record of delivering at least two end-to-end ML projects.
• Strong skills in algorithm development and database management systems.
• Master’s degree in Statistics/Mathematics OR a Bachelor’s/Master’s in Science, Engineering, or MCA.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Experience with tax applications.
