You will build analytical frameworks and predictive models to solve complex business problems.

Responsibilities

• Develop analytical frameworks and underlying data models to structure hypotheses.
• Perform exploratory data analysis and hypothesis testing to identify trends.
• Apply multiple algorithms and architectures to recommend the best models for decision making.
• Create visually compelling dashboards and reports to communicate insights through data storytelling.
• Mentor junior team members on technical execution and problem-solving.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of experience in the analytics field.
• Hands-on experience developing predictive and machine learning models.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience performing exploratory data analysis and hypothesis testing.
• Ability to work independently with minimal support and manage projects.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex insights to cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or Marketing Analytics.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with marketing analytics.
• Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, or SAS.
• Experience working in a Databricks environment.
