Description

You will lead end-to-end Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) engagements, delivering advanced analytics and business insights.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead MMM development from data preparation through model building, validation, and business recommendations.
• Design and implement econometric and statistical models, including regression, Bayesian methods, and time series analysis.
• Collaborate with clients to translate business objectives into analytical frameworks and present clear insights.
• Mentor junior team members on MMM techniques, coding standards, and business storytelling.
• Drive automation and scalability in modeling pipelines and reporting dashboards.

Required Skills

• 4–8 years of experience in advanced analytics with a strong focus on Marketing Mix Modeling.
• Proven track record leading MMM projects for global clients across CPG, Retail, BFSI, or Tech.
• Strong statistical and econometric modeling skills (regression, time series, Bayesian methods, hierarchical modeling).
• Proficiency in Python and/or R for data analysis and modeling.
• Hands-on experience with SQL for data extraction and transformation.
• Ability to work with large, complex datasets and solve ambiguous problems.
• Excellent client-facing skills with experience presenting to senior business stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in consulting environments.
• Background in CPG, Retail, or BFSI industries.
