You will build bureau-based analytics capabilities and implement solutions using modern technology for the India bureau.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build analytics capabilities and implement solutions using new-age technology.
• Analyze bureau datasets to understand key business and risk KPIs for retail banking products.
• Develop reporting capabilities for customers and internal insights via a centralized insights repository.
• Produce actionable insights using advanced data manipulation and analytic visualization.
• Identify new opportunities to grow the BFSI analytics practice.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in BFSI analytics, model implementation, Big Data, or Cloud solution architecture.
• Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL.
• Experience with SAS and Big Data technologies.
• Working knowledge of HDFS and ML models.
• Strong understanding of banking products.
• Proven ability to structure, present, and deliver high-quality results under strict deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of statistical and probability concepts.
• Ability to work across project-based engagements for different banking clients.
