Senior Data Scientist

You will engineer advanced AI solutions and develop enterprise copilots.

Responsibilities

• Build AI agents and multi-agent systems, handling orchestration, autonomy, tool-use, memory, and decision frameworks.
• Design, build, and scale enterprise copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Microsoft 365 Copilot for task automation.
• Develop automated workflows using Power Automate or Logic Apps.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems via APIs, connectors, and Azure services.
• Implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), grounding, and semantic search using Azure OpenAI and Azure Cognitive Search.
• Ensure security, governance, and responsible AI practices across all systems.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in Agentic AI architecture and engineering.
• Experience developing solutions with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio.
• Familiarity with Generative AI principles.
• Experience developing automated workflows (Power Automate / Logic Apps).
• Knowledge of integrating AI agents via APIs and Azure services.
• Experience implementing RAG and semantic search patterns.
