Description

You will lead data science initiatives, owning the full lifecycle from data collection and preprocessing to model deployment and evaluation.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy predictive models, recommender systems, and other data-driven solutions.
• Communicate complex technical findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering to translate business needs into analytical solutions.
• Research and evaluate new methodologies to improve data science effectiveness.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data science or analytics.
• Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• Strong programming proficiency in Python.
• Expertise with GCP, including BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc, AI Platform, and Airflow.
• Experience with AWS cloud platforms.
• Expert knowledge of statistical modeling and machine learning algorithms.
• Proven track record deploying data science solutions with measurable business impact.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the financial services industry.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices.
