Description

Lead the design and deployment of enterprise-scale generative AI, predictive analytics, and decision intelligence systems. Own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI initiatives that drive operational efficiency and business intelligence.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy generative AI and machine learning models for insurance, financial services, and healthcare sectors.
• Lead AI initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, business intelligence, and customer engagement.
• Develop agentic AI systems and implement governance and compliance frameworks.
• Research and invent new AI solutions with a focus on automation and transparent decision-making.
• Maintain high standards for responsible and impactful AI deployment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Data Science and AI engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis and model development.
• Experience with generative AI and predictive analytics.
• Proven track record of deploying enterprise-scale AI systems.
• Knowledge of governance, compliance, and automation in AI.
• Microsoft or IBM certifications in AI, data science, or generative AI are required.
• Ability to work independently on complex AI research and invention.
