Lead technical development and implement machine learning solutions within a cloud environment, providing guidance to improve team capabilities.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance to developers and conduct code reviews to enforce coding standards.
• Act as a technical consultant for feasibility studies, architecture best practices, and risk assessment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Manage process compliance and submit status reports to minimize project exposure.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data science and machine learning.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with MLOps and cloud platforms.
• Expertise in time series algorithms, anomaly detection, and prediction models (Random Forest, Isolation Forest, LSTM).
• Strong understanding of transformer models, including BERT and GPT.
• Experience with supervised and unsupervised machine learning techniques.
• Practical knowledge of TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Foundational knowledge of deep learning and neural networks.
