Description

Lead large-scale data science projects, building machine learning models and transformation pipelines to support complex analytical needs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain machine learning models and data transformation pipelines for large-scale initiatives.
• Develop tools and insights for leadership, balancing data complexity with clear visualization requirements.
• Automate and streamline project workflows to improve scalability and operational efficiency.
• Create executive-level presentations and storyboards to communicate recommendations to stakeholders.
• Manage project plans, timelines, and milestones while collaborating with cross-functional teams and FP&A.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, finance, or data science.
• Advanced proficiency in Python, R, and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning algorithms, including clustering and logistic regression.
• Experience with AI software platforms such as Dataiku or DataRobot.
• Expertise in data analytics, financial reporting, and data visualization.
• Advanced skills in MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in Tableau.
• Experience working within a professional services firm.
• Ability to travel as needed.
