Lead data science initiatives focused on generative AI and predictive modeling for the real estate industry.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product design and engineering teams to define technical requirements.
• Partner with business units to identify and scope real estate industry use cases.
• Research and develop statistical models for advanced data analysis.
• Build and deploy Gen AI-driven modules including insight engines, behavior prediction, and product roadmap optimizers.
• Develop automated tools for data analytics dashboards and customer feedback collection.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data science roles.
• Deep expertise in Generative AI (Gen AI) and Machine Learning (ML).
• Experience building Gen AI-driven insight modules.
• Experience in customer behavior analysis and predictive modeling.
• Ability to develop automated data analytics dashboards.
• Experience creating automated customer interaction and feedback collection tools.
• Proven track record of deploying Gen AI-powered optimization modules.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
