You will lead multiple data science projects to drive strategic decisions and deliver actionable business solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead data science projects from ideation through prototyping to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Develop predictive models and integrate them with Business Intelligence tools.
• Build and maintain data pipelines to ensure data quality, consistency, and efficient processing.
• Collaborate with applications and data engineering teams to deploy models at scale.
• Mentor junior data scientists in model development and data handling techniques.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience in data science.
• Expertise in Python.
• Proficiency with ML frameworks including TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Deep understanding of supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning algorithms.
• Experience performing exploratory data analysis to identify patterns and insights.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Competency in data processing and data analysis.

Preferred Skills

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
