Description

Lead the development and deployment of AI solutions, managing the full lifecycle from requirements gathering to production optimization.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into technical AI solutions.
• Build, optimize, and maintain Python-based machine learning pipelines for data preprocessing, training, and deployment.
• Ensure models are scalable, efficient, and explainable, implementing strategies for bias mitigation.
• Integrate ML models into enterprise applications, working closely with software engineers and architects.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and implement solutions using domain-driven and test-driven development practices.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in data science or machine learning engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python for ML pipeline development.
• Experience with CI/CD tools for model deployment.
• Proficiency in SQL and MongoDB for data management.
• Ability to collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and IT architects.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with domain-driven and test-driven development methodologies.
• Background in deploying AI solutions in enterprise environments.
