Responsibilities

• Mine and analyze complex, unstructured datasets to support data-driven decision making.
• Develop and apply algorithms and models to key business metrics to improve operations.
• Build sophisticated models and advanced data science deliverables.
• Act as a thought partner to business leaders regarding data science applications.
• Manage complex projects from inception to successful completion.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in data science and predictive modeling.
• Deep expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with big data technologies and frameworks, specifically Spark.
• Broad knowledge of data infrastructure and development platforms.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of leading complex projects.
• Ability to communicate technical topics to business stakeholders and nuanced business needs to technical experts.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in a quantitative field.
• Retail experience with a focus on marketing or sales domains.
