Description

You will lead the design, training, and evaluation of large language models for business use cases.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, train, fine-tune, and evaluate LLMs to meet specific business requirements.
• Collect, clean, and preprocess large-scale textual and structured datasets.
• Optimize prompts and models for performance, accuracy, and relevance.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate models into production.
• Mentor junior data scientists and communicate technical insights to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in data science with a focus on NLP and deep learning.
• Hands-on experience developing and deploying LLM-based solutions in production.
• Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
• Experience with modern NLP and ML frameworks.
• Familiarity with Azure and Databricks.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or ThoughtSpot.
• Strong problem-solving and technical communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, NLP, Machine Learning, or a related field.
