Description

You will lead the development of conversational AI solutions, owning the full lifecycle from proof-of-concept to production deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement conversational AI models including chatbots, virtual assistants, and voice assistants.
• Fine-tune large language models (LLMs) for question answering, dialogue generation, and summarization.
• Integrate retrieval augmented generation (RAG) techniques to improve response quality and relevance.
• Mentor and guide junior data scientists on best practices and architecture.

Required Skills

• 5 to 8 years of professional experience in Machine Learning for PoC and production environments.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, and Rasa.
• Deep understanding of conversational AI architectures and natural language processing (NLP).
• Experience fine-tuning LLMs and implementing RAG techniques.
• Bachelor’s, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with state-of-the-art models like ChatGPT or LaMDA.
• Knowledge of reinforcement learning and transfer learning.
• Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, GCP, or Azure.
