Description

Role Responsibilities
• Partner with clients to scope business problems into tractable data science projects
• Design experiments, build models, and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders
• Develop and deploy forecasting, classification, and recommendation models
• Lead peer reviews and mentor junior data scientists and analysts
• Stay current on research and evaluate emerging techniques (LLMs, foundation models)
• Contribute to internal thought leadership: case studies, whitepapers, workshops

Essential Skills
• 5+ years professional data science experience with shipped models
• Advanced Python (pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow), SQL, and statistics
• Strong grounding in classical ML, deep learning, and experimental design
• Demonstrated ability to communicate insights to non-technical audiences
• Master''s or PhD in a quantitative field preferred
• Experience in at least one vertical: banking, insurance, retail, or healthcare
