Description

You will scope business problems, design experiments, and build machine learning models that ship to production. You will partner with clients to translate requirements into tractable data science projects and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy forecasting, classification, and recommendation models for client solutions.
• Partner with clients to define scope and translate business problems into data science projects.
• Lead peer reviews and mentor junior data scientists and analysts.
• Evaluate emerging techniques, including LLMs and foundation models, for internal application.
• Produce internal thought leadership through case studies, whitepapers, and workshops.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional data science experience with a track record of shipped models.
• Advanced Python proficiency, specifically with pandas, scikit-learn, and PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
• Deep understanding of classical machine learning, deep learning architectures, and experimental design.
• Solid grounding in statistics and probability theory.
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical insights to non-technical audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s or PhD in a quantitative field.
• Domain experience in banking, insurance, retail, or healthcare.
