Description

Lead the data science practice and deliver end-to-end machine learning and AI solutions for global clients.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of data science experts in big data analytics.
• Define project scope, activities, and timelines to address specific client use cases.
• Develop statistical, machine learning, and deep learning models using advanced analytical methodologies.
• Design complex Tableau analytical solutions and define semantic models in DWH.
• Collaborate with international teams to produce packaged solutions and Analytics-as-a-Service offerings.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in quantitative roles, research, or data science.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience implementing end-to-end large-scale Machine Learning or AI projects.
• In-depth knowledge in at least two domains: NLP, Graph/Network Analysis, Deep Learning/AI, Geospatial Analysis, Signal Processing, Predictive Modeling, or Recommender Systems.
• Experience with at least one high-level programming language: C/C++, Java, or PHP.
• Proven experience implementing Tableau solutions in an Agile environment.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business-focused messages for client workshops.
• Experience managing client expectations in onsite or offsite consulting engagements.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of enterprise statistical programming tools including SAS, Matlab, STATA, or SPSS.
