Description

Lead complex data mining, extraction, and transformation projects to drive business use cases while building machine learning and Gen AI applications for decision support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead data mining, extraction, and transformation initiatives to solve business challenges.
• Build, deploy, and maintain machine learning models for business decision support.
• Develop Gen AI use cases using LLMs and knowledge libraries.
• Design and implement the department's MLOps framework.
• Mentor data scientists and provide thought leadership on emerging trends.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of experience in data science and machine learning.
• Advanced proficiency in Python.
• Strong statistical knowledge and experience with SAS.
• Experience with Dataiku and MLOps practices.
• Hands-on experience with Gen AI, including LLMs.
• Ability to derive actionable insights from data patterns.
