Description

You will lead end-to-end machine learning solutions from problem definition through production deployment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and build classification and regression models for pricing optimization, customer segmentation, and predictive outcomes.
• Own the full data science lifecycle: requirements gathering, feature engineering, model evaluation, and scalable production deployment.
• Translate ambiguous business requirements into structured data science solutions, collaborating directly with stakeholders.
• Ensure maintainable model deployment in production environments while operating independently with minimal supervision.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience delivering ML solutions from proof of concept to production.
• Strong foundation in traditional machine learning, statistics, and data modeling.
• Hands-on experience with classification models (e.g., segmentation) and regression models (e.g., pricing, forecasting).
• Proficiency in feature engineering and data collection.
• Ability to work independently and interface directly with business teams.
• Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional technical teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Databricks, MLflow, and PySpark for distributed data processing.
• Background in pricing analytics, sales optimization, or customer segmentation modeling.
• Track record in high-visibility or enterprise-scale projects.
