Senior Data Scientist

Lead and expand the Data Science practice while mentoring experts in big data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Data Science experts and guide junior delivery members.
• Define and execute data science solutions, including project scope, activities, and timelines.
• Develop statistical, machine learning, and deep learning models using advanced analytical methodologies.
• Discover and document insights within large-scale distributed datasets through exploratory analysis.
• Collaborate with international teams to produce packaged solutions, AaaS offerings, and PoCs.

Required Skills

• 8 years of experience in quantitative research or related work roles.
• In-depth knowledge in at least two domains: NLP, Graph Analysis, Deep Learning/AI, Geospatial Analysis, Signal Processing, Predictive Modeling, or Recommender Systems.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience implementing end-to-end, large-scale Machine Learning/AI projects.
• Fluency in SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with at least one general-purpose language: C/C++, Java, PHP, or Python.
• Strong ability to translate technical concepts into business-focused messages for clients.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of enterprise statistical tools such as SAS, Matlab, STATA, or SPSS.
• Experience implementing Tableau solutions in an Agile environment.
