Build AI-based technology to improve customer care user experience, focusing on LLM solutions and knowledge management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance LLM-based chatbot solutions and knowledge management systems.
• Apply and fine-tune generative AI models to improve user experience and efficiency.
• Build models for intent classification, ambiguity detection, and retrieval re-ranking.
• Integrate AI solutions into existing frameworks through cross-functional collaboration.
• Mentor team members in AI techniques and best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Data Science with exposure to generative AI projects.
• Extensive experience in NLP, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning.
• Proficiency with Large Language Models, including Prompt Engineering, Fine-Tuning, Automatic Evaluation, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Ability to implement scalable, maintainable, end-to-end solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
