Description

Lead a team of data scientists and engineers to build, deploy, and maintain advanced machine learning models and data architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of data scientists and engineers to ensure high-quality deliverables and timely project completion.
• Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems, with a focus on Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, and computer vision.
• Design and implement robust data pipelines and architectures to support model development, training, and deployment.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to translate business requirements into scalable data-driven solutions.
• Lead research initiatives to prototype new methodologies and communicate complex technical findings to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Over 6 years of experience in data science, including at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role.
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), including GPT models and NLP applications.
• Proven track record in OCR, face matching, and predictive analytics.
• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and OpenCV.
• Deep expertise in machine learning, computer vision, and NLP technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a portfolio demonstrating work in AI and image matching.
• Ability to manage data integrity and confidentiality in compliance with regulations.
• BS/Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
