Description

Develop, implement, and govern AI solutions, including agentic models, for the Consumer Auto organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy LLMs, generative AI, and agentic systems to improve business outcomes.
• Establish trustworthy benchmarks and operational performance monitoring for predictive and generative models.
• Integrate data governance, ethical considerations, and security protocols into the model development lifecycle.
• Analyze large datasets using statistics and exploratory data analysis (EDA) to drive model performance.
• Propose and deliver AI-driven solutions that create tangible competitive advantage.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (Mathematics, CS, Data Science, Economics).
• Minimum 3 years of data science or quantitative modeling experience.
• Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, or R.
• Practical experience deploying LLMs and working with large datasets, including text.
• Deep expertise in statistics and exploratory data analysis.
• Experience with GitHub and repository management.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree or higher in a quantitative field.
• Proven track record of designing predictive models and generative AI systems.
• Strong knowledge of responsible AI practices and data governance.
