Design, deploy, and operationalize machine learning and Generative AI solutions that solve complex business challenges.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build and implement Generative AI solutions using LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and agentic workflows.
• Develop interactive dashboards and analytical applications using Plotly Dash to support executive decision-making.
• Deploy machine learning models into cloud environments and collaborate with engineering teams to operationalize AI solutions.
• Analyze large-scale structured and unstructured datasets to identify trends and optimize business outcomes.
• Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to best practices across data science and AI development.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Engineering.
• 6+ years of professional experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Advanced Analytics.
• Expert-level Python programming for data analysis, machine learning, and automation.
• Strong experience with Pandas, NumPy, and PySpark for processing large datasets.
• Advanced SQL skills for querying complex relational databases and data warehouses.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) for analytics and model deployment.
• Solid foundation in statistics, probability, experimental design, and model validation.
• Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MLOps, model monitoring, CI/CD pipelines, and ML lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and distributed computing frameworks.
