Description

You will build and deploy machine learning models and large language model applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain machine learning models using Python.
• Implement RAG architectures and leverage recent LLMs to solve complex problems.
• Manage algorithm flows across multiple workstreams within DevOps repositories.
• Debug code and build APIs to support model integration.
• Deploy models into AWS cloud environments.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in AI and machine learning.
• Strong coding skills in Python.
• 2+ years of experience applying LLMs including ChatGPT, GPT 3.5, OPT, and BLOOM.
• Hands-on experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
• Experience with Transformer-based architectures such as BERT, RoBERTa, and T5.
• Knowledge of conversational search, semantic search, and reinforcement learning.
• Proficiency in prompt engineering and hallucination mitigation.
• Senior-level experience deploying models in AWS.
• Experience with Azure as a secondary cloud provider.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing complex DevOps repositories and algorithm workflows.
