Description

You will design, build, and productionize predictive ML models integrated into real customer and business workflows.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy models via APIs, batch jobs, and streaming pipelines.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to define ML roadmaps.
• Monitor, retrain, and govern models using MLOps practices.
• Analyze large, cross-system datasets from cloud data lakes and ETL pipelines.
• Communicate technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or ML Engineer.
• Advanced Python with scikit-learn, pandas, numpy, XGBoost.
• Hands-on experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Strong SQL skills for working with large, messy datasets.
• Experience deploying models via REST APIs, Docker, batch, and streaming workflows.
• Practical experience with model versioning, monitoring, and retraining.
• Ability to drive discussions and influence decisions.

Preferred Skills

• Domain experience in fintech, lending, collections, or CRM.
• Experience with data visualization and BI tools.
