Description

Lead data science initiatives in the banking and NBFC domain, managing teams and driving technical decisions across Loan Origination Systems (LOS), Loan Management Systems (LMS), and Payments workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of data professionals, overseeing direct reports and project delivery.
• Drive technical decision-making within the lending and payment ecosystem.
• Oversee data science projects from inception through to production deployment.
• Apply domain expertise to optimize LOS, LMS, and Payments workflows.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of professional experience as a Data Scientist.
• Proven experience in a Team Lead or people management role.
• Direct experience in the NBFC or banking sector.
• Functional knowledge of Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and Loan Management Systems (LMS).
• Technical understanding of Payments systems.
• Ability to lead data science initiatives end-to-end.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any graduate field.
