Description

You will lead and scale the Data Science practice while delivering end-to-end machine learning and AI solutions for global customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of data science experts specializing in big data analytics.
• Define project scope, activities, and timelines to address specific client use cases and business requirements.
• Develop statistical, machine learning, and deep learning models using advanced analytical methodologies.
• Discover and document insights within large-scale distributed datasets through exploratory analysis.
• Design and develop complex Tableau analytical solutions and define semantic models in data warehouses.
• Collaborate with international teams to produce packaged solutions and analytics offerings.

Required Skills

• 8 years of experience in quantitative research or related professional roles.
• In-depth knowledge in at least two domains: NLP, Graph/Network Analysis, Deep Learning/AI, Geospatial Analysis, Signal Processing, or Predictive Modeling/Recommender Systems.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience implementing end-to-end large-scale Machine Learning and AI projects.
• Strong command of relational databases.
• Experience with at least one high-level programming language: C/C++, Java, or PHP.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-focused messages for clients and sales presentations.
• Experience implementing Tableau solutions within an Agile environment.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of enterprise statistical tools such as SAS, Matlab, STATA, or SPSS.
