Description

Lead the Data Science practice and deliver end-to-end machine learning and AI solutions for global customers. Own the technical direction of large-scale projects and mentor a team of data science experts.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor data science specialists in big data analytics.
• Define project scope, activities, and timelines to address specific client use cases.
• Develop statistical, machine learning, and deep learning models using advanced analytical methodologies.
• Discover and document insights within large-scale distributed datasets through exploratory analysis.
• Design complex Tableau analytical solutions and define semantic models in data warehouses.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in quantitative research or related professional roles.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience implementing end-to-end large-scale Machine Learning and AI projects.
• Strong command of relational databases.
• Experience with at least one high-level programming language: C/C++, Java, or PHP.
• In-depth knowledge in at least two domains: NLP, Graph/Network Analysis, Deep Learning/AI, Geospatial Analysis, Signal Processing, or Predictive Modeling/Recommender Systems.
• Experience implementing Tableau solutions within an Agile environment.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-focused messages for clients and sales presentations.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of enterprise statistical tools such as SAS, Matlab, STATA, or SPSS.
