Develop and scale Generative AI and Large Language Model capabilities to drive enterprise-wide innovation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop Deep Learning and LLM capabilities to map and mine unstructured data including insurance contracts, medical records, and customer logs.
• Run large-scale experiments involving unsupervised pre-training, fine-tuning, retrieval augmentation, and prompt engineering.
• Design and optimize high-quality prompts and templates to guide model behavior, accuracy, and relevance.
• Evaluate LLM models using statistical tests, business metrics, bias detection, and regulatory metrics.
• Build enterprise test-and-learn capabilities using causal inferencing and ML techniques to optimize business processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data science or machine learning roles.
• Extensive experience with LLM and Generative AI development.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience working with GPU acceleration.
• Strong knowledge of ETL processes and data wrangling.
• Experience scaling models in both development and production environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with causal inferencing techniques.
