Description

You will develop and deploy NLP and Generative AI solutions for B2B intelligence products, owning the lifecycle from initial idea to production.

Responsibilities

• Craft technical solutions for NLP, Generative AI, and Machine Learning use cases.
• Design and implement state-of-the-art models to identify high-intent companies and optimize customer engagement.
• Identify key signals for user actions using advanced probability, statistics, and reinforcement learning.
• Partner with ML engineers to support the productionization of models and pipelines.
• Collaborate with business leaders to advise on AI/ML-driven solutions meeting organizational needs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data science roles.
• Proven experience leading data science projects from initial idea through to production.
• Expertise in NLP and Machine Learning solutions.
• Experience building data preparation, model training, and inference pipelines.
• Proficiency with SQL and EMR.
• Experience using cloud-managed tools such as Dataproc, Airflow, or EMR.
• Hands-on experience with vector databases like FAISS or Pinecone.
• Strong understanding of latest deep learning architectures.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to apply advanced statistical and analytic techniques to inform decision-making.
