Description

You will lead the end-to-end development of machine learning and AI solutions from problem definition through production deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of ML and AI solutions, from problem definition to production deployment.
• Build, optimize, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ML models using modern data science and MLOps practices.
• Perform advanced analytics, feature engineering, and statistical modeling to derive actionable insights.
• Develop and implement NLP, LLM, time-series, or deep learning models as required by business use cases.
• Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to best-practice standards for modeling, coding, and documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in data science, machine learning, and advanced analytics.
• 5+ years of experience building and deploying production-grade ML models.
• 2+ years of experience with big-data technologies such as PySpark or Spark.
• 2+ years of experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• 2+ years of experience implementing MLOps.
• Proficiency in Python, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, SQL, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
• Proven track record of delivering at least 3-5 high-impact ML/AI solutions in production environments.
• Experience mentoring or leading teams for 2+ years.
