You will own the full data science lifecycle, from statistical analysis to model deployment, while mentoring junior team members.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize complex data into clear, actionable business insights.
• Translate technical findings into strategic decisions and operational actions.
• Develop, coach, and teach career-level data scientists on AI and ML techniques.
• Structure complex problems using systems thinking and mathematical rigor.
• Explain statistical inference and machine learning concepts in depth to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of experience in data science or related fields.
• Mastery of Python and R for statistical computing.
• Deep understanding of statistical inference and mathematical foundations.
• Proficiency in machine learning algorithms and model deployment pipelines.
• Strong software engineering practices for production-grade data solutions.
• Ability to articulate technical concepts with breadth and depth.

Preferred Skills

• Demonstrated experience in coaching and teaching technical teams.
• Systems thinking approach to structuring ambiguous problems.
