You will deliver data-driven insights and productionize ML models to optimize supply chain operations and decision-making.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain optimization, ML, or simulation models for daily operations.
• Execute discovery sprints and deep EDA to convert anecdotal evidence into testable hypotheses and KPIs.
• Design and productionize multi-agent workflows that read from the data lake or warehouse and trigger actions.
• Translate complex analytical findings into simple decision memos for leadership, linking results to economics.
• Partner with MLE/DE teams to deliver resilient pipelines with alerting and retraining mechanisms.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience implementing optimization, ML, or AI models.
• Strong programming skills in Python, C/C++, Java, or Go.
• Proven record of productionizing models in cloud environments, including version control and MLOps.
• Experience designing and delivering scalable, integrated software tools balancing predictive power and interpretability.
• Strong data engineering principles for storing, querying, and processing data.
• Ability to define and track operational KPIs linked to service, cost, and safety.
