Own product analytics, building models and tools to drive user engagement and conversion.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis to uncover opportunities for improving products.
• Build advanced models and analytics tools to boost product insights.
• Analyze A/B tests to drive user conversion and engagement.
• Develop scalable dashboards to inform business decisions.
• Collaborate with Engineering to advance data infrastructure and governance.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of quantitative data analysis experience, preferably in internet or technology.
• Ability to write complex SQL queries for critical business decisions.
• Strong understanding of Statistics, capable of explaining concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in Python or R.
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau or Looker.
• Experience with Google Analytics or MixPanel.
• Proven record of handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Math, Engineering, Statistics, or a quantitative field.
