Description

Lead the Data Science practice, mentoring experts and guiding junior delivery members while defining project scope and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Data Science experts.
• Define and execute data science solutions, including scope, activities, and timelines.
• Develop statistical, machine learning, and deep learning models using advanced analytical methodologies.
• Discover and document insights in large-scale distributed datasets through exploratory analysis.
• Collaborate with international teams to produce packaged solutions, AaaS offerings, and PoCs.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in quantitative research or related work roles.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience implementing end-to-end large-scale Machine Learning/AI projects.
• Fluency in at least one general-purpose language: C/C++, Java, PHP, or Python.
• Strong experience with relational databases and distributed datasets.
• In-depth knowledge in at least two domains: NLP, Graph/Network Analysis, Deep Learning/AI, Geospatial, Signal Processing, Predictive Modeling, or Recommender Systems.
• Expertise in Tableau architecture, security guidelines, and roadmap definition.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business-focused messages for clients.
• Experience delivering projects within an Agile environment.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of enterprise statistical tools such as SAS, Matlab, STATA, or SPSS.
